Some of our team members will not necessarily have the desire, or the competency to go in and build their profile. Because of this, I, as the catalyst, will not be able to efficiently pull a report for the team, to show all their voices. Currently, and for the last 8 years I have been using an excel sheet and populating that with each employees voice order.
