Free Guide Access to our Workspaces

Allow our Sub-Guides free access to client workspaces, empowering them to function as admins without incurring additional costs.
Reasoning:
Valuable Contributions: Our Guides are integral to our operations, consistently delivering value by managing the majority of the heavy lifting with our clients. Their contributions are paramount, and this should be reflected in how we support them on our platform.
Cost Efficiency: Every time we establish a new workspace for our clients, it is counterproductive to bear the added cost of integrating our Guides. By enabling them free access, we can streamline our expenses, making our services more cost-effective both for us and our clients.
Enhanced Client Engagement: Allowing Guides to function as admins on our workspaces will foster direct and proactive engagement with our clients. This can lead to faster resolution of queries, more efficient project management, and a better overall user experience for our clients.
Proposed Solution:
Modify our current platform structure to automatically waive fees for our Guides when they are added to any of our workspaces. This will enable them to seamlessly engage and manage client interactions.
Anticipated Impact:
Higher client satisfaction, increased efficiency for our consultants, and optimized costs for workspace creation and management.

I would very much like to see this prioritized. The level of visibility and follow-up I'd have within the groups I'm working with would be helpful for me and for them! Given that a big part of GiANT's culture is the "we" vs. "me" pack structure, I'm surprised this feature wasn't baked into the OS from the get-go.

Waiving fees for guides that are part of the pack, and those in another pack yet supporting a particular team/contract would allow GiANT to provide more responsive interactions with clients, and allow partners/seasoned guides to increase the mentoring/development opportunities for their subordinate guides.

Mark, this is an excellent point. As a new guide, this takes a lot of the pressure off and would allow to interact far more quickly and easily knowing that there would r be an additional cost to bear.
