Links to Library resources carry through the Login Screen

There are many many times when I want to link to tool in the toolkit and send it as a link in an email. The sticking point here is that people get confused when they click the link, have to login, and then get deposited at the dashboard. Being able to link to a library resource or tool that carries-through past the login screen would significantly reduce frustration and confusion and boost engagement.

This change was recently made on OS. A few things to note: If you are a Guide you will always log in directly to your Guide workspace

croy bosch Well, it didn't work and I think it is because we are setup for Single Sign On. Maybe nothing that can be done about that. For us, it might be worth actually taking ourselves off of SSO and going back to normal logging in to take advantage of this feature.

You are correct, the current implementation for this feature does not support SSO. Let our team look at options to support SSO before you make the decision to remove that. I'll keep you posted. Thanks for your patience.
