It would great to have the ability to create smart plans within the OS to include automated emails, texts, calls and call prompts based on the "Smart Plan" set up by the Guide using the OS/Database to stay in touch with his/her clientele or prospects throughout the year. Automated texts or emails could be set up to address individuals by name for birthday wishes, quick encouraging reminders and more.
