Success Measures for 5 Voices

Hi - as a leadership coach one of the key selling points with INVINCIBLE is the ability for clients to evaluate ROI. I'd like to see an adoption of a similar approach with both 5 voices and 100x - ie as a result of completing the programme a client wants to keep their efforts alive - so how does this translate into expected leadership behaviours N success measures.
Here's some illustrations below - but with your expertise I'd love to have something that was more outcomes led - so you've done the training - are you now demonstrating the expected skills & behaviours or is there more work to do and what is it. So it could be that you have a team leaders version which may track the voice profile of the team and summary analysis and any actions or just a participant level version.
I find much of the content focusses on what you're going to learn but not necessarily the outcomes and success measures which is pretty much what all my clients look for - I'm happy to talk this through if it's any easier. thanks Jules

Thanks for the suggestion, Jules!
I think this could be some type of Leader 360, which we've talked about implementing as an app in the future in order to give some quantifiable data/measurements of individual leader progress (much like we do with the Invincibility Assessment now with teams).

Chris Ediger: yes that's exactly it - my clients are all corporate and all want to be able to measure outcomes, progress and success - at the moment this is all very manual for me and I'm kind of making it up but yes and so the key measure for a leaders would be is the INVINCIBLE SCORE MOVING ON if they are working on that and the same for the INDIVIDUAL - and this needs to work for 5VS and 100x ideally - again I'd love this to a "purchaseable" item if at all possible.

Chris Ediger: PS I'd be happy if it were just a spreadsheet or some kind of assessment framework for now - so I'd be keen to push for a version 1.0 rather than wait for an app. It's the framework that would be most helpful to allow me to demonstrate success.
